40-75 attack
70+ Strength
1-45 Defense
70+ Ranged
1-43 Prayer
70+ Magic

I do not care about wealth as I can easily transfer cash to the account so don't try to gain because of items
(Example: 100 DScim's won't gain you anymore cash offer than without them. If I say I'll pay 100m for the account and you say it has an AGS in the bank I'm still only going to pay 100m end of story.)

I will not go first unless I deem you trusted. Middleman required if you're not trusted. You will pay the fee's also. You will give me ALL of the information to the account. I know I'm not trusted either, but that will NOT make me go first if you are not deemed trusted by my eyes.
