The name on my account is Captain Teemo. I was reading through some other ban appeals and it seems that i need to post from a home ip? Is there any exception to that? I'm not sure what my IP reads but im currently deployed and its not possible at all to access a home ip.

We cant dl programs onto gov pcs, im sure you know that so I dont have skype. The only thing i'd be able to do is email you. If you can somehow send me your @army.mil address i can communicate with you about whatever you need. The only thing I can say here without it being opsec is that im on the stennis on a westpac
