Possible Scammer stormed

This is a report on the following Sythe user

He agreed to sell me some old steam accounts for $2 each over Steam. I was curious so I PM'ed him on Sythe to verify that it was the same person, and it was.

I had him log into one of the old accounts he had, and he did, everything was going very smoothly.

I told him I would buy three accounts at $6, then after I verified the accounts I would buy four more.

He gave me his PayPal and I sent the $6, this is where things went south.

He posted into the Steam chat 3x accounts + original emails...which was great, until the accounts required Steam Guard to login. I went to the original email accounts and logged in, only to find they were not the emails associated with Steam Guard. I asked him to give the Steam Guard code so that I may login. He didn't, and then said he was going to disable it himself.

I waited ~10 minutes and then he messaged me

I'm not really sure if he is going to "finish tomorrow" however if he does actually give me the accounts we won't have an issue.

As it stands right now, I'm 90% sure he's scammed me.

He is no longer responding to my messages, so I'm out $6. He has not provided the accounts.

EDIT:
One of the accounts now works, I'm going to test the others.

EDIT #2:
The other two accounts still don't work.

 

Sent him a message to look into this.

 

Hasn't responded after being online, banned.
