OSRS Pure trainging

Hey guys. I have recently created a 1 defence pure, and I had a few general questions.

Currently, I had a few questions regarding training ranged and mage. I have been splashing, but this seems extremely stressful due to the "click every 20 minutes" update.

With ranged, I have been doing slayer, but I am open to any suggestions.

What questions did you have ? As far as training methods go, for range I'd continue doing slayer to 55 at least so you can unlock broad bolts (they hit as hard as adamant and for much cheaper) and then if you have the money you could blowpipe in nightmare zone, or chin it. As far as mage goes once again if you have the money you could alch it, or fire bolting iron dragons was always fun for me albeit slow experience.

 

Totally agree with this guy about slayer/broad bolts. They hit like a truck and are so much cheaper than mith/addy bolts.

 

Blow piping NMZ is your best bet for range training. For mage, its click intensive but stun alching is decent xp.

 

Nmz for the melee stats. Splashing is good for exp over night if you have something over your keyboard to keep the account spinning the camera. Range is a easy safespottable skill unless you have the money to chin which is obviously way more effective. If you're looking for free exp, Pest Control gives you exp inside the game as well as points which are spendable on combat skill exp.
