I've sadly got no time to be going for Max Cape nor any like that, all I'm still interested in is PKing.

I just created an account on this website. I would like to purchase it for $500. I don't want to deal with going to buy 400m osrs and then doing it that way. Are there any alternatives if you won't do PayPal? Can't you appeal it as a purchase if I don't pay through PayPal?
