Unban Rysm

I tried to get unbanned a couple of weeks ago and was linked a scam report on 10m OSRS gold. Can someone please unban me so I can pay that gold seller back the cash if she lost the dispute? I swear it wasn't me I wouldn't charge back on 10m, the paypal [email protected] is my brother's. I have bought hundreds of mills from Bogla and some gold from other users too so please unban me I swear I will pay him/her back though it might have to be in BTC.
