Buying main OS character!

Hello guys!

Im a fellow RS 3 player, and decided to buy and old school character and try the bosses and pvp there. As I don't really like the os-style grinding, I would like to buy an OS main character.
My wish list is the following:
-decent stats to pvm/slayer (80-90s)
-Decent slayer level (at least 75)
-Fire cape (would be good)
-Good other skill levels (Mainly agility and/or herblore)
-Some vital quests done
-slayer helm (optional)
-Dragon defender
-Void gear (optional)
-NO offence on the character AT ALL

I will only buy an account from a well trusted user. I want this character as my main old-school acc, so WILL NOT buy from unknown/untrusted users. NOT even if they go first.
MM is appreciated, but for a well trusted user I gladly go first.
My budget would be at around 100$ (paypal). Can pay with RS3 and OS money too if needed.
I can expand this budget if really needed, but don't really want to. PM me offers on site!

Thank you for the offers guys, but I preferably would like to buy a non-maxed character, because I would like to train it too, and of course because of financial reasons. And as accounts are the easiest to recover I wanna buy one from a higly reputable and well known seller. BUMP!
