Buying Super Low Level Ags Pure

Hi the title pretty much says it, ideally looking for an account no more than 60 combat. Requirements 75 attack (Obviously), ideally 70+ range, 70+ magic would be nice also. Untradeables such as halo, castle wars items very welcome and also mith gloves/ardy cloak/varrock top etc. Dont know how much i want to spend but would like to see something real close to this please nothing over 62 cb.
