Agreed. The Immortals are unstoppable at the moment. I'm keen to see how they do against the Koreans. That's the only way you can know you're good, if you can go toe to toe against the best. If they can beat Korea I'll be impressed, otherwise the wait continues as I wait to find an NA team that can win the World Championships now that the Koreans are here.

This is why I wish there were more international tournaments throughout the year besides worlds. We will never know how good FNC, or this years IMT could have been because they weren't playing against top tier opponents each week.

IMT>TSM>CLG. IMT will dominate the NALCS because they have literally everything they could ever ask for in a dream lineup. They have a mega carry laner (Huni) with the support of his jungler (Reignover) that went undefeated in the EULCS. Pobelter is very highly criticized for his play making/carrying, which is perfect because they put him on support champions to let WildTurtle and Huni carry. Adrian is the only worrying trend I feel for their team when they head to worlds. Only reason TSM can't compete is because Yell0wStar is underperforming like crazy and Hauntzer is given the Dyrus treatment. Svensgaren also is mediocre and has no synergy with anyone on the team but Bjergsen. Drop svensgaren, have Yell0wStar untilt, and put more priority on top lane and TSM can compete for #1 spot in NALCS.

I think Adrian is doing very well, and is a large part in why TiP did so well last split. I know a lot of his teammates doubted his abilities, which is why he stepped down for a week or two. The team just didn't look the same and he when came back to his Supp position, the team looked strong again.

He's a strong support player. It's hard to support in high-elo, let alone have like 3 accounts in the top 15 challenger ladder. I think their downfall will be when they play against a team that is as skilled as they are in terms of talent, but have stronger macro-level play, much like a strong Korean team would have. Unfortunately they can't really practice against anything like this besides MSI / 2 week bootcamp / worlds.

Glad IMT went down yesterday. I feel like the team was getting complacent and weren't working as hard as they could be. It's hard to keep your form each week when you feel unbeatable in the back of your head.

Really was a great game though, and they definitely did not play poorly. That Darshan backdoor was amazing - and his consistent split-pushing was a huge part of that win. No one could deal with him solo.

Some fun games these past two days. I'm really impressed with CLG, they have excellent macro play.

I'm hoping there won't be any Pantheon nerfs but they're most likely incoming :( I picked him up a few months back after I got destroyed by one in lane, E max is incredibly strong against melees.

TSM has failed to impress me all split long. The Yellowstar+DL bot lane got wrecked today, and in general Yellow just isn't making the plays he was on Fnatic. His micro game seems to have just fallen off sharply, they were getting bodied in lane today. I can't even speak to the macro as we simply haven't seen enough of it this split.

(not that I'm bothered by any of this, fuck TSM :D)

Anyone see the tower/rift harold deaths from early game in the Renegades v. Dignitas game? Terrible play but sure was exciting to watch

Well playoff bracket has been set, Liquid and NRG is a tossup but I think C9 takes it over TSM. Either way IMT are going to the finals, can't see them losing at all and the other semi (imo will be C9 vs CLG) will be another tossup.

Honestly surprised with Renegades' strong push at the end, after starting 1-11 they went 4-2 over the last 3 weeks to get 7th and a favourable matchup in the Summer Promotion (TDK looking pretty good, may even knock off dig).

Looked at the standings for the first time this split, very surprised that TSM is 6th, thought they would be better with yellowstar

Honestly was not expecting TSM to win the series against IMT, much less sweep. I guess Bjergsen was right that they didn't know how to play in the face of adversity and just tilt them from one loss.

A big factor in the decision was obviously Huni's inability (or refusal?) to play tanks. Pretty curious, if you ask me - it was clear after the first game and even after the second for more reinforcement that the champs he was picking just wasn't working and to switch to a more meta bruiser or tank.

Was rediculous, there are so many "OP" top laners in this meta yet he refused to play any of them.

I think after this weekend we're going to see TSM and G2 as the LCS champs.

Honestly, I still think TL is the strongest team in NA and I'm excited to see next split with the series between teams. Unless IMT gets their shit together they're going to turn into a mid-tier team and NA is going to be dominated by teams who adapt well in series, like TSM, C9, CLG and TL.

Not surprised at all that TSM beat Immortals. Immortals drafts were atrocious, Adrian and Huni's refusal to play tank champions screwed them. Not to mention lately Sven has been stepping up and Hauntzer can survive against Huni, plus Bjerg > pob. I'm surprised that the odds were so in favour of Immortals on betting sites. CLG vs TSM is going to be a close one, i'm predicting Liquid to beat Immortals, although if Immortals decide to draft properly it will be a hard one. In Eu i'm expecting a convincing G2 victory.

I was sort of suprised that TSM 3-0 sweeped Immortals, but I feel it was well deserved, they out teamfighted Immortals and to be honest Huni kinda threw. Huni likes to always be on some kind of carry top laner on which he can have a big influence/snowball, think of the Hecarim last Season and Riven top etc etc. I don't think Huni is a good player at all.

You hold down Huni/camp his lane and ward your top lane area properly to avoid the Reignover camp and Huni almost already starts to tilt. Huni in my opinion has a major tilt issue which seems like a huge problem to me.

I am also very glad to see Bjergsen feeling good again and going back to playing well with his team. I didn't catch all matches, but sure enjoyed seeying him play Zed ^^.

Due to TSM looking so dominating vs a team which seemed to get the easy fix (that does something mentally when you prepare for them) I would say that they win 3-1 vs CLG.

Honestly surprised CLG pulled it off, after seeing TSM make IMT look like a challenger team I thought they would be able to handle CLG without many issues. G2 beating OG honestly wasn't too much of a surprise to me, G2 just has looked like they are on another level from the teams playing in EU atm.

Definitely wasn't expecting CLG to win it today. Stixxay did come in clutch though in the final team fights in games 3 and 5 so they deserved it for sure.
