Probably due to the countless other cases of evasion, scamming, and other offenses he left out (seem to recall he also impersonated someone and interacted with himself on other profiles on multiple occasions among other things.)

Generally they expect you to mention everything. He scammed a lot of people, had a lot of profiles he didn't mention and did a lot of other shit he didn't even touch on in his pardon, to the extent where it's damn near impossible that it wasn't intentional. Pretty sure being denied as a result is due to A. not being completely honest in your pardon, which you're supposed to be.. and B. putting effort into your pardon to mention everything you've done, why you did it, and why you're sorry, which you are also supposed to do.
