Not receiving 2nd reset email

Hi there,

Haven't logged into my account for a while, name is MrGanja.

When attempting to reset the password I get the first email probably 75% of the time linking me back to Sythe to perform the reset. I never receive the second email with the new password made up of numbers.

Can I PM a mod the email address or something?

First check your spam folder. If that doesn't help then post in the account recovery section from your original IP.

The email has been jammed for about 2 weeks now. I've been waiting for 2 weeks myself.

 

Wow, that's annoying. Any idea when it's going to be up and running?

 

We're not entirely sure on the issue unfortunately. It is definitely complicating things. Hopefully it'll be functioning asap. Thanks.

 

Try PMing Dave, he handles all of this but there's a backlog so you might have to wait.

 

PM'd Dave, unfortunately this issue is not something that can be resolved by them. Just got to hold tight and hope it gets sorted at some point...!
