Site vouches for OWNERS

I am looking to form a business with another fellow Sythe member, and we are running into a few bumps in the road but mainly this one.

I will be a 50% owner of our website/services/product, and he will also be 50% owner of everything as well, each of us covering the other if anything comes to fault.

My issue is, I would like to propose that business partners who are 50/50 on said business/website that they can have a combined vouch thread labeled with both partners names and URL to the site as to how they got the vouches. Only would this be allowed if the agreement was 50/50 and that was public knowledge such as stating it on the thread itself.

I am proposing this as a way to help track trades/records for both individuals as if they decide to go their separate ways after sometime, one of them leaves with a ton of rep/respect in their vouch thread and the other leaves with "He was a great dude to work with, k thx bye"

A couple rules would also apply if you had two vouch threads, no use of the vouch thread linking/talking about it to clients if the sale/purchase/service you are doing isn't directly for the website/business itself.

for ex:
You couldn't go linking your vouch thread to your name sales buyer if your company isn't directly selling that name. You would link you personal vouch thread and if they chose to also look @ your other thread seeing you're well respected/vouched from your business well that's on them. As long as you aren't deceiving the customer then it should be fine.

I only think this would work best with no more than 2 owners and if the deal was agree'd at 50/50, some services have like 4 owners, and 16 different managers who may be trying to also say they're all business partners now. That simply becomes too much to track/record if a scam occurs who you would go to/punish.
