I mean this with no disrespect as well. They normally do an excellent job when it comes to decision making and I know it's impossible to make the right decision 100% of the time but I would like to see some improvement. I hope this isn't taken the wrong way because I'm sure most of us still appreciate the work and effort that they volunteer so selflessly.

 

It just seems like decisions are being hastily made, and often times everyone isn't 100% behind what is happening. Not a lot of cohesion, at least from what it looks like from the outside. I know it's impossible to get 15 people to agree on one thing, but regardless of the decision you should stand confidently behind it.

 

I'm just happy they found the mistake and hopefully prevented a future scam. He's obviously not too "sorry" if he forgot about one of his victims. He's made multiple pardons, this shouldn't go so easy.

 

You guys need to chill. He suffers from Alzheimer's disease and probably forgets people a lot as well as forgets to deliver money / goods. He thinks he didn't scam anyone because he cannot remember anything. Have some chill, be frosty.

If there are other outstanding debts Gun has please present evidence of them so he can be held accountable

 

Hey I would suggest googling Gun pardon and sythe. You just might find a link to his scams.

PA- Several users with negative feedback claiming to have been scammed
Tin/Guard- Gun charge them back via paypal for gold
White Phat- Scammed and proceeds used to buy into DDyce.

Plenty of links and proof have been posted. It's not our fault you choose to over look the overwhelming evidence. Hell I even forgot about the staker 54 scam. I mean how in the fucking hell did you guys allow him to be unbanned? Was firez away so he couldnt veto this shit to hell? I also found it interesting that his pardon was dealt with while I was unable to log onto sythe. Sneaky sneaky =D

 

Surprised this guy was unbanned. Seems more like a lot of people are bias since they know him but if he scams he won't scam you. He'll scam some poor newcomer who trusted him based on some bs story he told about being a trusted host. I think you guys should reconsider his pardon from the perspective of someone who doesn't know him. He's trying to avoid paying as much as he can and has lied multiple times and been caught out.

Can this guy really be trusted enough to unban? I personally wouldn't trust him based on judgement of character from his posts and recent past. I mean he tried to weasel his way out of money he owes not even a year ago.
