I see the appeal to them but they aren't for me personally man

A lot of the hallensteins stuff has gone overly branded as they're trying to push their own homegrown brand which I don't care for one bit. They've gotten sick of me subscribing to their emails which distribute the codes on several fake emails too obviously and have made it so that the discount is only available on full price items. :(

I think I might just go in store and see what takes my fancy there and see if I can cop some decent jeans, problem is I can never find ones I perfectly like. I'd like slim but with more of a taper which I'm yet to find unfortunately.

Anyone know a place where you can custom make a fitted cap? I want to just have a plain black fitted cap but with the text Love Yourz on it, from J Cole's Love Yourz.

Have you called local shops that do orders for high schools and such? I did our teams order for lacrosse in high school (played club) and almost all of the vendors had virtually no limits on what they could make but it can be costly for just one piece.

Honestly have no clue who would manufacture the school uniforms for schools to be fair lol. I'll ask around I guess, thanks though man.

Yeah I'm in New Zealand man. I believe it's only a brand that's only in New Zealand & Australia.

As for the sandals, they're actually popular dude. Not to my taste but plenty of people on r/malefashionadvice for example like them.

I don't see the appeal to them and its definitely not my taste either.

Do people wear these with white socks too? lol I can see my grandpa in these (without the socks ofc).

blew the crotch out on my two fav pair of jeans not too long ago, so im in need of some go to jeans.

anyone wear raw denim? im looking for some. no pre-fade, pre-embellished whatever the shit.

anyway, ive been gaining size lately and skinny jeans don't fit nice anymore, so im in the market for some slim to slim-straight fit. i used to be pretty slender for the longest time, around 175-180 lb at 6'3/6'4 but i've been bulking up and i'm sitting at about 205 and growing, so all my jeans that aren't ripped fit pretty tight. i used to wear 34 waist jeans in they were loose but now my 34s all fit tight, so i'm looking to maybe get into 36s or stretchy 34s.

I've had a few pairs of nudies in the last bunch of years and for the ~$200 price tag i always seem to rip em before it's been a year. that, and im not sure how much i like the back pocket stitching anymore. too flashy. that, and their slim jim jeans fit like ass.

N&F is what i'm currently looking at copping, i have a bunch of friends with them and they all seem to like them

APC is also on the docket, but I don't know anyone who wears em but they have a pretty large online following. the other issue is i don't know any local shops that sell 'em and buying them online i get killed on the cad-usd conversion.

for a cheaper alternative im also thinking maybe levis. had tons of pairs of 511s throughout my life, they always fit good and lasted me a decent amount of time, but for whatever reason every pair of 511s i've tried on in the last two years fit sooooooo fucking tight around the crotch area. i swear they must have changed their sizing or fit. holy fuck are they uncomfortable. i have one pair of 34x34 511s and i cant even get my hand into my pocket while wearing them. it's fucked.

so yeah. lemme know what yalll wear. im very interested to hear. need new jeans asap

Can't give you any advice on jeans personally loyal, I'm yet to find that holy grail fit. I think I'm truly resigned to purchasing slims and then having them tailored from the knee down for that taper :(

True Religion, Rock Revivals (dont really wear em anymore), Diesel.

I wear basic true religions most of the time. You can get loud ones with the dyes, big symbols, etc. But most of mine just have the symbol on the back pockets with simple stitching for a laid back look. I think it pairs nice when you try for a basic look especially in street style. People don't notice at first but when they do its the extra sauce, but for a lot of us we aint with the skinnier jeans becoming the more in demand denim.

Well I accepted an offer for a 12 month internship and it's business casual so I now have a ton of khakis, golf shirts, and some nice pullovers. I'll post some pictures later maybe.
