FatalityRyan Pardon 4 year old refund

First of all I will refer you to my original thread confirming why I was banned.

You can see that there were two people in which I owed money, one being a rental deposit that I hadn't gotten around to refunding, and a trade scam back in July of 2012 before I even created my sythe account for the amount of 300M rs3.

I had asked the opinion of a few mods concerning the trade scam all of which told me to despite the situation to refund alfie which I did without issue.

I'd like to urge that I have never scammed anyone on sythe or any other marketplace nor will I ever. I honestly thought that this wasn't scamming as there was no malicious intent and was abusing in-game flaw, otherwise I wouldn't be stupid enough to leave the video up if I thought that the following ramifications would have gotten me banned which it did.

Like I said I contacted alfie on twitter and waited for him to start his runescape livestream, when he did I popped into the chat and had a quick chat, quickly agreed on an oldschool price and met up in-game for the refund. 60M oldschool 1:5 = 300M

 

I've been through everything and it all seems to be in order.
