Defamation

How about banning the Hattez for defamation, because he has an obscene obsession with me? He comes into Teamspeak simply to harass me at least once a week, slanders my name even though I have done that myself and attempted to make amends for everything i've done in the past. Simply cannot keep my name out of his mouth.

Or the other instances?

Instance 1)

He blatantly lied to his employer (R2Pleasant) after using his access to my information through R2's paypal and rattled off all my irl details (Address, full name, zip, etc) on teamspeak in front of another 10 random people. If that isn't a 1 month ban idk what is. Circumstantial, but true.

Instance 2)

Posting 2 partial doxes of other individuals, regardless of the fact it is in the Spam forum. Additionally insinuating that he has the rest of their info and will release it in the future after he finishes compiling it. Shown here: [See below] (Make it mod view able only, sensitive information) The word "Yet" implies intent.

How about some formal justice, not being lenient to this kid over and over again. He crossed the line, let him wait out his time.

Just those two pictures are reason enough for a 1 month ban. Let alone rattling off all of my IRL details on Teamspeak in front of a multitude of other individuals.

Based on the decision handed out by this, I agree. Posting information publically is a 1 month ban. The TS is speculation and not used to make this decision. The deletd post in the spam forum, however, was.

Banned for 1 month for posting private information in public.
