Cant post on my vouches?

Hey so someone and I did a transaction and I successfully left them a vouch,when they tried to leave me one on Here it gives them an endless loop of posting quick reply,I tried quoting them and posting myself but I'm given the same endless loop.

Any help is appreciated.
