R2Pleasent Looking for a Customer Service Representative

Hello Sythers,

R2Pleasent.com is looking for an intelligent new Customer service specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. CS agents are responsible for communicating with customers, verifying orders, and working in a team with another agent responsible for delivering orders.

An ideal candidate has strong people skills, is able to multi-task, and works well with others. We are looking for a new CS agent for specific times of day. If these times don't work for you, then please do not post an application.

We pay an hourly rate to our CS agents. The rate is between $5-7 USD per hour. We require that you speak fluent English. We are interested in people outside of Canada and the US. Experience working a live chat for another site is always a bonus.

OPTION ONE:

Hours: 3:30 PM EST - 9 or 9:30 PM EST
Mon - Sat (Sunday off) = 33 or 36 hours each week

OPTION TWO:

Hours: 11:30 AM EST or 12 PM EST - 3:30 PM EST
Tues - Sunday (Monday off) = 21 - 24 hours each week

I Have been a user of R2Pleasent for the past Year almost and have been very involved within the sites users. I would like to say that i have built a form of friendship with you all and have got on very well with everyone without any problems. I have been very interested in becoming a live chat agent for the site for quite some time and have shown interest in working with you all. I am a former faceit.com employee which was a full time position, within the evenings and was also fully voluntary, a role that I took on for the space of 7 months. Being involved within other management projects it gave me a great sense of customer relations, good spelling and the right attitude in working with customers. I currently work for Sharp Business Systems as an IT Field Engineer which is a position i question into carrying on much longer due to my primary passion of helping people... Joining the Local Police Constabulary is an ambition for me following within my parents footsteps, it's not the fact of having flashing lights and having that respect but its knowing you could really make a difference to someone life in the littlest of ways.

I'm sorry I cant work form 20:30 to 02:30am in the morning but i hope i can help you with hours from 16:00pm to 22:00pm GMT time if not i can do the 2 hours from 20:30pm to 22:30pm. I am doing my GCSE'S this year that's why. I do have a week off right now i can do them EST hours during this next week 15/02/16 - 20/02/16. I've played many games throughout my life and my verbal communcation skills are well trained. I speak fluent German, English and a little bit of Turkish. I used to work as a moderator on a gaming forum years ago and am experienced in helping customers and people in general. As of now, I am willing to work as much as possible and have a very flexible schedule (Except if I have to hit the gym!).
I am able to multitask and I think that I am a pretty quick learner.
