User managed to get three scam accusations in quite a short time against him.

He claims they refuse to show evidence of him scamming them but does not even deny the transactions took place. 3 scam accusations within such a short period should certainly be enough to warrant a TWC if not a ban until he decides to show evidence to the contrary of the accusations against him as many users (not so shockingly, usually from the RSPS section as well...) have received in the past.

As most mods and members of the community are aware, a user joining and immediately having a prepared .sythe skype name is a telltale sign of a ban evader. He also mentions that people are trying to fuck up his sales "as always" even though it was his first day on Sythe with this profile, which is two reasons to believe he's a ban evader on top of the three scam accusations against him. Unfortunately one user accusing him of scamming is banned while another has not been active since that date. Another was recently online (today) and I have PMed him asking him if he can supply me with any evidence, however i've not had an incredible amount of luck with requests from similar victims in the past (usually around a 50% success rate of them even answering me) and I feel something should be done in the meantime to prevent Roadtorunning from scamming anyone else.

 

Considering most of the claims are that he won't use a MM, it's hard to pinpoint if he is indeed scamming.

More or less the reason I felt this was necessary as I feel the likelihood of any of the users providing evidence at this point is rather low. Obviously I understand that not everyone should be required to show evidence of their innocence in every situation but I felt that since Roadtorunning decided to be so vocal about telling people to post the proof against him I don't see why he can't post his side of the conversation as well. Especially given his comments suggesting he's a ban evader and the fact that he got so many accusations against him so quickly after joining. Just hoping nobody else gets scammed by him because others were too lazy to post proof and have now gone inactive.

 

Without definitive proof, it's hard to justify a ban. Accusations aren't enough for a ban. Hopefully funky makes a report.
