Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

His skype name is: Kvtrainerke1 , he was TWC'd on multiple accounts for self vouching.

If you search his skype name on the internet, he is banned on netherland forums (his home country) for scamming.

As soon as i provided this evidence to him, he gave me 15 minutes to purchase his account and then I said no, he followed up by blocking me on skype. He has removed his post since. Please run an IP check between

Although he is not banned on sythe, he is TWC'd. He is banned from other trading websites. He tried to scam me and I want to prevent him from scamming others. I am 0 for 2 when dealing with newcomers now, this is bad.
