    a month is not going to do much unfortunately man :/ i would say start cardio and a diet and atleast look shredded

    I love to build a strong cardio base before I start to even think about training in any other area. Like said, one month won't do you much good, as the key to working out is to progressively overload your body. One month is not sufficient time in my eyes to start doing that.

    Thanks guys, I have made loads of progress in just one month in the past. 3-4 hour gym days plus cardio. So I know I could do it, just finding the right program would be helpful.
