Inva questing service scam report

Explanation of the trade: I payed Inva 22$ via paypal for the completion of 4 quests: Holy Grail, One small Favour, Kings Ransom and Regicide.
How they scammed: This morning I logged back in to find my account standing at the lumbridge top bank, when I opened my bank I noticed my overall bank value calculated by OSbuddy was severally reduced from 46m to 13m! I noticed all of my Imbued rings, berserker, archers, warrior, are now gone, my fury is gone, my cannonballs, my dragonchainbody, my cash stack (17m), blowpipe, 300 zulandra teleports, etc.

After I gave him the information to my account he agrees to keep my clan chat off, private off.

Please note this a receipt from piegp.com for my purchase on February 8th 2016 for 25m gold. I do not have any coins in my bank anymore.


EDIT: I'm assuming in creditable service who hired workers to complete their tasks would ask for an insurance deposit incase something like this happens.

 

Can you provide the non cropped screenshots of the accounts wealth beforehand? Including with the account name and all?

Has he attempted to reply to you on Skype and help deal with this?

 

Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the wealth before hand plain and simply because he is a pretty reputable individual. I was expecting him to personally log in and inspect the account before passing it onto his worker. I've done my very best to prove my wealth with my grand exchange history and then with my paypal history from the SAME date.

Can I grab you to take a screnshot of that too? Preferably uncropped as well? You can PM me with it if need be.

 

This will be sorted out, you'll have the money lost reimbursed. You also have the choice to get a refund or still allow for the quests to be finished.

 

Just confirming that this has been resolved between Inva, his employees & I. Much respect is owed to them for refunding me what was taken by one of their employees who rage quit and scammed myself. I will continue to use their service.

 

I witnessed the refund, thanks Inva and T1N0 for resolving this so quickly.
