Magic - 90+
Range - 90+
HP - 80+
Prayer - 50+

I will pay well but only using paypal as I have had many accounts scammed back from me in various games. I'm willing to provide my full address, home number and photo of ID if this reassures you. Ultimately accounts can always be taken back so I want a fail-safe.
