PP email in case he ban evades if banned

This user added me to sell 130M RS3, We agreed on a price and payment method.

Asked for sythe account link he gives me this http://www.sythe.org/members/471232-geogemicheal123.html

Tells me paypal email, and tells me to send payment over.
I link him my account page, along with my vouch thread then tell him payment would need to be sent first due to his complete lack of vouches.
No reply from him, I even offer to do increments and also stay on a skype call during the whole transaction. He later replied no no no no no no no no no.

Noone was scammed but I believe those are the only intentions from this guy.
