Aksel.kangur is known scammer IN ESTONIA and also people went to police and he had troubles because of scamming people's real money.

He is very bad user he did scamm people then made people to be scared of him because he come and beat up 15 yrs old kids with his freinds etc and then go to police that's it i just NEVER RECOMEND DO DEAL WITH THIS IDIOT HEAD. NOTICE HIS BROTHER KEVIN KANGUR IS ALSO KNOWN SCAMMER IN ESTONIA AND ADDED TO BLACK LIST USERS [who scamming other's ]

Yes he was banned for selling accounts then recovering them back ,also he did some random scams such as scaming gold etc. !

 

Unfortunately most of your thread here is speculation and very little proof. For example, can you prove that Aksel and Mefjunzki are owned by the same person? There's a few posts that claim he is scamming but there's absolutely no proof.

I'll read through the report on Vahvel and try to translate it though.
