REASON FOR BAN -

First and for most, i would like to say sorry for attacking twitch streamer Alisha and RuneSwap for the youtube video i made jeopardizing them in a very aggressive manner. I made a youtube video (Which iv'e taken down) venting my frustrations with Alisha and how she is able to advertise swapping clans on her twitch, when i was banned for the exact same reason. I called upon my viewers to report her on twitch for breaking Twitch terms of service (Even offering a prize reword for proof of reports) and told my viewers that she was supporting the owner of Rune-Swap who i called a real world trader because in the video i had linked 54bgp.com and runeswap.com who had similar ip matches (which i showed portion of their websites ip found from whois.com)

REASONING BEHIND MY ACTIONS -

My twitch account 2 months ago was banned for advertising my swapping website in which an admin confirmed. After this ban, a streamer called Alisha was doing the exact same thing i was doing without getting banned. This angered me greatly and resulted in me posting a video on my personal youtube channel calling her out, and in the process harming users at RuneSwap.com . Because Jagex does not go to gold selling websites and purely ban accounts based off of their livechat, i knew jagex would not visit RuneSwap because i called their owner a real world trader (did not mention his name also) which was why i mentioned RuneSwap in the video initially thinking nothing would come out of it, as im sure no jagex staff bothers watching my videos, or would even bother going thier to check the accounts, if they don;t even do it to legitimate real world trade sites.

APOLOGY -

I am greatly sorry for my actions, as a sythe member actions like that in any circumstance is not tolerated nor deem-able. I let my anger and my lesser knowledge fully of the rules get the best of me. I i'm offering to pay RuneSwap any damages they deem i should pay.

After being here for a a few months, i decided to donate $1,000 to show what this site means to me. As my goal is to become the most known swapping site on Runescape, i'm willing to pay any amount to achieve this goal amd say thank you to you guys for helping me gain it.

1 and a half months ago, i made a promotion on my website www.oakdice.com giving sythe users if we had enough money, better swapping rates, which promoted alot of people who follow me on social media to find out about us here on sythe gaining 180 referrals in 1 and half months.

NEVER AGAIN :

As humans we all make mistakes, and i know this mistake was brutal, i vow never to do anything like this again and just mind my own business here on sythe. I will never do anything like this again and will show you guys that im not a threat here. Having 2,000 vouches + iv'e proven that i will not scam fellow users however i have failed you guys in the aspect of abusing my channel to hurt other persons projects out of anger, and will never do this again i am very sorry guys.
