    To start things off, I don't even want to do this. I like these guys, they're legit, but I'm being forced to do this. Either I'm out $80 or I report them.

    Three days ago I purchased 2 smurfs back to back from BoostBros on their site "mysmurf.net". I purchased a "Premium" smurf that was $30 and an "Ultimate" Smurf which was $50. Everything was great, but I was a little displeased with the Runes I got on one of the accounts (Utterly useless. They were a bunch of Tier 1 runes bought. There was many 9x of anything Tier 1 Runes on their.) But it CLEARLY says on their website that the Runes you get are random. So hey, gotta go by their policy. You know what you're going to get before you pay for it.

    The problem I do have is that both accounts that I bought from them were both banned. Before I even begin posting the screenshots, it clearly states on their website that they will replace your accounts if they happen to get banned, GUARANTEED.

    Before any Mod or they say that I've done things that I shouldn't have done to which results in me being banned, whether it be being toxic, scripting, being on a banned IP, I've done none of those things. When Riot decides to deliver a ban, they tell you what you've been banned for UNLESS it's a manual ban. In this case, both accounts were manually banned because when I received the emails of my accounts both being banned, they didn't give me a reason. They didn't tell me I was being toxic, they didn't tell me I scripted, they didn't tell me I was using an unauthorized third-party software, none of that. Besides, the violation that is made is only distributed to the said account that violated their policy. There is no such thing as "two birds and one stone" when it comes to anything BUT botted accounts. And before anyone even brings up an IP banning (referring to prior banned player 'XJ9', if you try to play on an IP that is banned, the account automatically gets banned.) Without a doubt in my mind, that is not what happened here. I go to an University that actually PLAYS and has PLAYED in Riot's North American Collegiate Championship(s). There is no way in hell that they would "ban" my University's IP when we have College students playing in their league. I can prove I attend where I attend and that my College competes in the NACC to a Mod.

    To begin, I will post the message I get when I try logging in and the emails from Riot regarding the accounts that were sold to me.

    Proof of purchase to prove that the accounts I've posted about are indeed the ones that were sold to me by BoostBros:

    Both accounts were 100% banned for the same reason. For being botted.
    They were also both not used for over 2-3 years.

    Where's my proof? Because I played around 11 games on the Ultimate Smurf and 0, yes ZERO games on my Premium Smurf.

    Notice that the username is "Levist". Now when you lolking, lolnexus, op.gg, elophant, etc. What you get is this:

    Zero matches have been played. What could I have possibly have done to get this account banned? Nothing.

    On Skype, when I tried getting replacement accounts, this is what I was told (Also proof that I was actually talking to BoostBros):

    Replacements are only issued when it's due to their end? There are two issues here.

    1. On the site, it doesn't even say anything about that. What is in fine print is that replacement accounts will be given no matter what and that's what's guaranteed.

    2. Replacements are only issued when it's due to their end? When will that issue be due to their end then? Never. Because as soon as someone buys an account from them, it is no longer in their possession. It is in the buyer's possession.

    All I want are two replacement accounts from them. One Premium Smurf and one Ultimate Smurf.

    Based on the evidence shown, it looks like they will need to either refund you or provide two new accounts; however, I'm going to get a 2nd opinion from a mod more knowledgeable about LoL first.

    Also, on their website it says all accounts are hand-levelled.

    They do offer life-time warranty, as mentioned on their website.

    Have you tried contacting boostbros himself, and trying to liaise with him replacement accounts?

    Appreciate it dearly.

    Back on topic, well, they can say that all they want. McDonald's can say they sell all beef products but really not.

    I have also tried asking for replacements. What was last said in the Skype conversation was the end of the conversation. They said no and stopped replying.

    As their site says, they replace the accounts. I want replacement accounts rather than a payment.

    BoostBros told me on Skype that the accounts were 100% not botted.

    Anyway, BoostBros has said he will refund your PP payment.
