Best OSRS bot client for a developer?

I'm thinking of getting back into writing scripts for osrs. Would anyone happen to know the best client for a developer, for both personal use and selling scripts?

I'm looking for a client that has least detection on osrs.
I intend to only run my own personal scripts, so its public scripts available to the bot is irrelivent.
Free use if running my own scripts, I don't want to have to pay monthly to run local scripts.

And if possible, the above with a decent community for script sales.
