Proof that the service was not completed: ACCOUNT IS BANNED FOR BOTTING AND IN HES ACCOUNT SALE THREAT HE SAYS ITS NOT BOTTED AND WONT GET BANNED?

1. I bought an account from him and he promised its not botted and made by hand.
2. I payed him to train strenght also 80 and he promised there is no bots or 2nd progams used and its all made by hand..
3. after i payed him no1 trained my account becouse VPS was down? ?? WTF???
4. after i saw he got strenght 69 i wanted to go pk but i had to change my ingame name since i left a clan, so i bought p2p and few bonds.
5. Tryed to log in rs3 to use the bond and it sayd my account is banned?
6. now he tells me there are multible people behind the skype and he cant to anything about it and needs to wait for hes "manager" ???

Total i want 128m OSRSgp from him. Becouse i asked him over 10 times if hes boting or not. And now the account is PERM banned cos of boting and its a doubleban it means it was a serious botting.... and all the stats 80 range and everytinh was made by him...

Id like add that 24h after the account sale jagex staff can still ban you for botting, and at my problem, the account got perm banned as soon as the trainer logged out and i logged in . it was a question of minutes.

Here is a picture of wong saying that the VPS was messing around after i payed him and they moved my account from dualarena to lumby home.

VPS was down for 24 hours.
Probaly the account got banned becouse of the VPS

Before even talking with Won's manager I can tell you unless you have proof of anything on the account (example items, P2P) I can't have him reimburse you for those without his worker confirming. These are the risks you take when account training, or buying/selling accounts.

1. I bought the account from him at 23.01.2016
2. ordered hes skilling service 24.01.2016
3. account got banned 5 minutes after hes trainer told me that i can log in 27.01.2016

I have bought the account from him for 55m
Payed for the service 43m
Payed for p2p with credit card ( it had 27 days remaining since 27.01.2016)
Payed for 2x bond on rs3 27.01.2016 ( minutes before the perm ban appeared)


Please keep in mind that jagex can ban accounts even after the botting insident has appeared

Please keep in mind that I ASKED WON OVER 10 TIMES, THAT IS IT SAFE AND IS IT LEGAL . HE confirmed me that its safe and all trained by hand, but as it seems he used illegal programs and jagex perm banned my account with no appeal possible


I'm asking you. Sythe staff team please discuss it and think logically, its right to refund me the money ive lost and spent on the account since he is the only person ive made deals about it.

WON the mananger of the business keeps telling that he wont pay more than 43m. I do not agree and i request him geting banned then....

Example: I sell player1 account for 100m , he hates skilling so he payes me 100m to skill hes woodcuting to 99. Ive earned total of 200m profit. Then i use a illegal program and the accounts get banned and i pay back 100m and wash my hands clean and im still a legit businessman? even tho i got the player1 account perm banned and made him lose 100m + the bank he had transfered on it and member time and bonds.

May i ask , where the fuck is the logic in that? Means i can scamm people and just pay back a little amount of money and its okey?

I honestly hope that the staff is not corrupted and will make the right decision on this. Even tho WON has alot trades on sythes it doesnt mean hes always right.. Please make a decision, ive provided all the evidence needed and this should be a fast one. What more do you guys want?


Since ive been up for 22 hours becouse of this bullshit and waited for "WON-s mananger" since the " worker " can't do anything about it. I'm going to sleep and going to wake up in a few hours to look at the outcome of this drama, and WON isnt probaly going to reply here becouse hes too busy making other #dealsgonebad or fixing hes VPS that got me banned ( evidence of broken VPS IS POSTED ) .

NB! YOU SHOULD GIVE HIM A TIME TO REFUND ME. SINCE HES WORKERS ARE ALWAYS ONLINE THEY ARE GOING TO SAY " WERE NOT ALLOWED TO REFUND" im sure of it... this means im going to have to wait another 20 hours to reach won and then he still wont pay and il wait agen and agen till im fucked up becouse i drink too much coffe.
