Not that I sympathize / know him in any way, but I dont think its definitive he botted on the account. Just saying if you look at it objectively. Objectively he should be held responsible for refunding IMO.

Let me preface this by saying I don't really know the guy or his business, so take my comment with a grain of salt. However, just by looking at the scam report, I'm missing the proof that indicates he botted. Picking up random items that rock crabs drop? Is that all? If i'm missing something lemme know.

 

As a skiller I'm assuming the burden of proof is on you to prove that you did not bot if the account got a macroing major. If he cannot prove this he must refund 100%. Thats my opinion anyway. I've never been a skiller here but I assume those are the rules.
