Pardon

Before anything this is quite length, make sure you are ready to read this in-depth please
I have asked admins if I could post a pardon, and they said I could. Roary said It was alright originally but he requested himself to ban, I asked another admin, but I forgot who i did ask, they said it was ok. Video if you think I shouldn’t have the pardon rights just close this, but please read it before you do.

Report/post/reason that got you banned:
Been banned multiple times previously, DDoSing, threats to admins, Admitting to Phishing on runescape, Mass ban evading.
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: There were no victims on sythe or anything other forums.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Nothing, I have stepped complete away from being a “Dick” and anything black hat activities.

But just in case I will do a overview of what happen over the last two and half years in sections

Let start off with the TWC:
This is due to “Fake Vouching” with an ex-friend, who excused me of hacking his Sythe account, I can simple say, he was an idiot for using the same password over and over again, I didn’t touch his account at all, I was DDoS respectively during this period of time and I should have of been smart and earned my vouches

The ban evading:
I have ban evaded at least 7+ accounts, I have admitted 50%, but I shouldn’t have done that in the first place, I regret now what I have done, I shouldn’t have done it, and I should of gone through the process of pardoning instead my angry took control, in the last 12 months I have not ban evaded once, and do not even plan for it in the future, as it would just be a stupid for me to do so.
I have contacted DylanRS and apologize for what happen to him, banned without any real proof, which shouldn’t of happen in the first place, it was my mistake, I made a bad name for myself.
Originally ban reason:
I was originally banned for making a guide on how to trick gold farmers into giving you gold, basically a site put their members at the GE and I would sit there with a name like them, and they would accidently trade me sometimes, I didn’t really making any profit for this, but overall this is the first time I got banned, I’m sorry for the site that I was pain to, and I hope I can have some kind of forgiveness.

Phishing:
Yes, I used to phish, I haven’t done over a year a bit now, I plan to stay away from this period, as it could destroy my future plans if I get caught, but still I apologize for doing this even if it doesn’t directly focuses on sythe.org, but so people are clear, I’m not some kind of master hacker, I just gave people this link to a fake runescape site, and hope they were not thinking right, which was complete wrong to do, and illegal.
After reading previous reports, Prince 1337 came up more than once.
Prince 1337, if you were one of the victims or know someone who was a victim due to my phishing, I’m happy to refund whatever was lost, but I can only pay in 07 Gold or PayPal, but I would like to point out, I didn’t make huge amounts but very small amounts so please don’t lie.

DDoSing:
I can’t really say much about this all I can remember is that I did it people when I used to phish or too people such as Johnny G and lame123, because I was a insecure little brat, and couldn’t handle words from people. I apologize for DDoSing, as it shows that I was just an “Asshole” who thinks he could be tough over the internet by taking someone offline, but all it showed how pathetic I was and how easily I tilted.

FireZ and my threats to him:
The situation with this is that I told FireZ to kill himself, which is total wrong
I’m still embarrassed for what I said to you man, all I can say is sorry, and I would do anything in my power to pay you back, as I should of know better as it’s your job to make sure sythe runs peacefully.
I previously tried to apologize but it seems all I can say is sorry.

I would like to point out this is not me, but there could be a chance this user has been a friend, family friend that I have known, but never knew they used sythe. I have to take full reasonability, but as Ardy quoted “Actually his IPs link to the same internet provider, same area/location, even though the numbers are slightly different they all resolve to same location and not a mobile phone.” Meaning that the ips could be different but we actually live quite close to each other. Another thing I would like to point out I only started to use PayPal start of last year, the user being using PayPal since 2014 and maybe earlier, which is a year or more difference, plus his name is David not Dylan, but like I said I have to take full blame for IP’s being the same, as I should have asked family members and friends who have some computer knowledge do you know sythe, and prevented this.
