    Training splits: Which one is the best for you?

    I am doing a Four-Day Split atm, it works really good for me.. I did push/pull before- Was Okay but i felt like i had no power for my chest training after i did shoulders and tricep or backwards

    you probably weren't eating enough/sleeping enough

    i just go randomly now but i hope to get on a 4day soon

    rest and nutrition is key..

    i change my split/routine every 5 weeks. but right now im currently

    mon - chest shoulder tri ( heavy day/ hypertrophy )
    tue - back and bi ( heavy day/ hypertrophy )
    wed - legs (volume and more volume)
    thu - chest shoulder tri ( lighter, volume, hypertrophy )
    fri - back and bi ( lighter, volume, hypertrophy )


    rest weekends.

    Tuesday - legs
    Wednesday - Back
    Thursday - Shoulders
    Friday - Bi's & Tri's
