He threatened someone with blackhat stuff? Not very clear what the deal is from that report. At first look I only see threats.

 

He chooses to keep it to himself and his friends. If he wants it known he'l tell you himself.

Bus369 (Alex) and a (then) friend of his named Dark (Hank) decided to remake Arrav together.

They received a pretty beaten up source from Tim (Arithium, Dev on Zamorak Rsps) who helped put it back together.

They released Arrav on Monday the 11th, with a 50:50 partnership; Dark handling coding and Alex being the face of owners\business man.

Server release goes well enough, player base increases, donations come in.
Alex\Hank together put money in to hire bonesaw L and other youtubers to do reviews of Arrav with the intention of boosting player count.

This is where the stories change

Hank POV
At this rate Alex had allegedly been skimming donations (hank never provided proof of this, our closest thing to proof is him doing it in the past) and apparently scammed a player named 'saitama' for a $150 amazon voucher donation. Where the donation needed 4 hours to process, and during the time alex logs out and a random account logs in asking him for the pin code, claiming to be alex. yada yada yada; Saitama doesn't receive items and alex doesn't log back in for a while. (Remember this alleged scam). You can read Saitama's POV of the scam (this is without knowledge of Alex's removal) here


All these POV events take place ~1-2 hours before Bonesaw L's video is about to be released and player count roughly sits at 80.
Alex POV

Alex finds out that Hank\Geoff (Geoff = Death in-game, friend of hanks, promoted to Owner within days of playing) have had an alternate donation account which Alex did not have access to; Alex confronted Hank about this and was told he did not deserve access to it as he was not performing his duties and was later 'fired' and removed from the staffing team.
This all occurred during the donation with 'saitama'; where during the 4 hour processing time Alex was removed and couldn't log into his account - Hank hadn't told Alex at this time that he was removed and simply told him he was fixing some commands.

Alex is then informed he is no longer needed and removed from the skype chat.

Alex feels he is owed ~$350 for the donations that he didn't have access to (I'd presume that's 50%)

Alex also believes Hank removed him just before Bonesaw L's video is released as a way to take 100% of the profits rather than 50% as Arrav was looking promising with 80 active players before Bonesaw L's video is released (hanks previous servers never passed 25 playerbase).


This is where the DDOS implication comes in.


Alex intends to drive Arrav into the ground (which it has been, playerbase went from 80-10 in one day and it looks to be getting worse).

I brought the fact it was $350 up to him previously and he replied saying it was on basis of principle rather than the actual sum.
