10 hp def tank

Hi guys,

I would like to make a 10 (low) hitpoints defence tank. I wachted a video of Rendi Mento, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5uuprwsRoU But he don't explain how he made that account :/

I wonder how he trained defence without getting hitpoints experience.
Maybe it something like this : In the shayzien faction in zeah is a minigame Tackle organised crime, where you kill gangsters. The gangsters drop 'Intelligence', you can trade those for xp books by talking to a lady in shayzien. The xp books gives you experience in defence, hitpoints,strength or attack.
I tried to do this but the problem is that it takes ages to kill one becuz you use recoil and one normal hit to get kills.

And the gangsters only spawn for 5 minuts every half hour,does anyone know how I can do this better?

I thought it was PC at first also but you need 40+ combat to play so it couldn't have been that. I've heard that you can get xp lamps from cleaning finds at the Varrock Museum, so maybe that was the method. Whatever it was it must have taken a very very long time
