Its all well and good laughing at the quotes, maybe if you provided a rough amount you'd be willing to pay that'd be negotiable, you may get offers closer to what you're expecting to pay.

Also I'm pretty sure that doing abyss with a halberd or nox scythe if you can afford it would get you double the xp/h you're getting now. So if you did want to do it yourself, you could probably do 90-99 within a day or two at max if you really wanted to.
