This is an embarrassment to this site. I know you want to provide a fair market but seriously. The site probably took 5 minutes to put together and cost less than $20 to even put up due to the shit name. The fact that he is asking for 300m 07 deposits and listing small time users as sponsors is baffling. At least give him a TWC or something, I just feel bad for any potential victims.

1. What You'll Do

Working for RuneSwap allows regular players to tap into a profitable ingame business, without the hassle and expense of setting up the entire operation. You will be given a rank in our private clan chat, as well as a login for our live chat software. Your job will require you to respond to customers' questions and swap their gold. It's very passive work; you just keep a window open in your browser, and a sound alert activates when a customer connects. In the meantime you can play Runescape, watch movies, do homework, or do anything else at your computer.

2. What We Do For You

RuneSwap's management will handle all aspects of maintaining and growing the site. This includes bug fixes, upgrades, visual improvements, advertising, promotions, giveaways, and so forth. We aim to make this a very easy and stress-free job for swappers.

3. Requirements

As a live chat operator, you're the face of the company. If customers are unhappy with you, it reflects on the entire site as well. To ensure quality, we have the following rules:

You will use your own gold to swap, and must have enough to comfortably start.
You must honor any promotions and special deals we are offering.
You must be polite to customers, regardless of the situation.
Obviously, you can't scam or underpay customers.
Do not discuss Runescape rule breaking in our live chat.
Use common sense. If it seems dodgy or hurts the site, don't do it.

4. Deposits and Fees

Your cost structure will be as follows:

Every swapper must pay a security deposit in RSGP (Equivalent to 300m 07) to begin swapping. This is to provide insurance against scams, seeing as we don't know you that well to begin with. If you ever want your deposit back, we'll refund it and disable your live chat login for the time being. Please note that there is a 24 hour hold on deposits, to give any potential customer complaints time to clear.
You will also pay us a weekly fee in RSGP, equal to a percentage of your estimated profit for the preceding week.

5. How You'll Profit

Generally swappers don't charge a commission, but instead make their money from the difference in rates. You may have noticed from our rate calculator that there are different values, depending on if you're buying or selling. This difference means an approximate 10-20% profit on all the gold that you transfer. Exact profits will vary, based on market conditions.

6. Disclaimer

Any terms mentioned that relate to money, such as "pay", "fee", "profit", and so forth, refer only to Runescape gold. RuneSwap is an ingame business, like a fishing company or a PvM team. Our swappers do not hold official working positions, and no outside currency changes hands. This site serves only as a meeting point for an activity which stays entirely within the game, comparable to a clan site. Any gold paid by our swappers is for an ingame rank, and nothing more.
