Got scammed by FoDaBE

He said that he was anti-scamming me although he did not give any evidence that I have scammed previously. He held my 180m cash and claimed to be refunding other members, he did not show me any evidence that he was talking to moderators about the issue and has still got my money to this point.
It was 184m 07 that was taken as he was supposed to sell me an account but I never received it.
