Accused of scamming by selling an account and never providing the account information after receiving payment initially here:

Skype match shows that he's now been reported for scamming someone else in the same way on PB (JamieT had his skype posted as james.taylor-digital-i. while the offsite user's screenshots show pumpeddownkicks is his skype, meaning these are two different users and not the same person on two different websites, and therefore two different cases.)

I believe usually Sythe staff wait for the PB report to produce some form of results before making a ban on Sythe, however he was reported for scamming on Sythe and not-so-coincidentally reported for scamming (a rather large sum at that, 1050m) once more on PB only a few hours later, in the exact same fashion. Being that PB has a mandatory 24 hours (or maybe it's 48?) that they allow for the accused to reply to a report (in which time they are market restricted and not able to access the market, meanwhile he could be scamming people on Sythe or people he's already made contact with), it may be safer to ban him now to prevent any further scams.
