My boss was banned for something he did not commit.
The reason why I'm posting this is because his English is not very good.

The user "Johnny Baseball" is not the person 54bgpsales. He was a worker for 54gpsales. He put down that skype username so people redirect to our boss (who was 54gpsales, and owned that skype account). 54bgp sales has nothing to do with Johnny's self vouch.

54bgpsales is currently 3 day banned for Excessive bumping (which is removed tommorow).

I request you remove his 2 week ban and TWC.

Firstly, I am posting this on 54BGP, also known as Fero, because quite frankly he is foreign and not the most intelligent human being and although it might be true he was wrongfully banned he doesn't have the ability to fight his case. So I offered to do it for him because I work for him. I hope this is allowed.

Ban reason that was shown to you: 3 day ban for excessive bumping + 2 week ban for self vouching + TWC

Additional details/story:
1. The first 3-day ban was completely appropriate and earned. Like I said, Fero is an idiot sometimes and despite my advice to him right before I went to bed in which I told him to NOT create multiple threads and to only BUMP his current threads (one buying/one selling) every EIGHT hours... I wake up the next day and see two open "scam" reports on him. Not "scam" reports just two wanna-be mods reporting him for excessive bumping/ "market fraud". He is guilty of excessive bumping without a doubt. I will try my best to get it through his thick skull that he can only bump his thread(s) every 8 god damn hours, not every 8 minutes -.-

54BGP should NOT be banned for self-vouching nor should he have a TWC, I am curious to see if any mods even attempted to check the legitimacy of this claim by "PureAddiction"

I know I know, you're thinking to yourself... why does this user "Johnny Baseball" have a thread with 54BGP's skype listed as the contact info?!? This proves they are the same person! WRONG.

Here is the truth and nothing but the truth (as told to me by Fero);
Johnny Baseball is an ex-host in one of Fero's old ingame clanchats, a friend so to speak. Simple. Nothing else to it. Oh hold up this doesn't explain why Fero's skype, yes another undisputable fact is that the skype ID "murmedon1" is indeed Fero's, is posted on one of JOHNNY BASEBALLS threads?!?!

The answer to that; Fero did not currently have a sythe account and was starting up his gold selling site (54BGP.com) and asked his friend, Johnny Baseball, to post a thread in his behalf on sythe to see if anyone with certain web-designing expertise could assist him (because please keep in mind Fero is not the brightest of all individuals). So what to do you know... this kid Johnny Baseball COPYS someone else's thread WORD FOR WORD but puts Fero's skype for the contact info which is to be expected as the request for a web designer was not his initially it was Fero's.

Well I think that will help Fero's case. Just a quick IP check should prove that Fero and Johnny Baseball are not the same people.

Although Fero may be stupid, he is a very nice and legitimate person so I hate to see him wrongfully banned.

Looking into this.

 

Lifting the two week ban + TWC. I believe that this is possible. With that in mind, I would suggest advising your "boss" to figure out our rules or don't come back to Sythe.

Next offense will result in harsher punishments.
