when buying an acc off the black market, is there any way to be 100% positive they cannot recover the account, like if there no pin, recovs, or members is there ANY way they can get ther acc back?

ex-members can recover there accounts if they have the registered nubmer, people who have never been members cant.

 

Well make sure you get ALL info you need. First pw, and ALL info. Then you gotta good chance of keeping it.

 

Answer to your question is no. If they are the original owner they have a high chance of their recovery request being accepted.

If it has been non members for ever you are safe with the passwords and old recovs. But when it has been members it can always be recovered... And you also can't check wether they give you the right information aout the membership and stuff..

nah there is no way UNLESS... you make it members yourself with CC,PBP, and know the recovs..... IF YOU KNOW THOSE YOU AUTOMATICLY GET IT BACK ...

 

Just make sure you use an MM and the person who is selling the account has been here for awhile, dont look at post count, look at join date, if they have been here awhile and have decent vouches then it is probably safe, not ever 100% though

 

yes and be more patient next time and dont post 7 minutes wondering when someone will help you... is it that big of a deal to for someone to get to you at that very minute? If it gets recovered, the recoveries are removed. To be safe, don't buy accounts. All accounts can be recovered.

 

Pen is correct. The other day I bought an account, Never been members. And it was recoverd within 10minutes.

 

I think Jagex are putting all efforts against accounts commerce, and the only way to do it is to assimilate the buying case to the hacking one.

So from the Jagex point of view, if you 'buy' an account, you are a 'hacker' , and this can be easily detected giving that the ip adress totally changed from what it used to be, and a recovery request comes from the old ips.

 

From now on what i do to make sure i dont get it taken off me or if it gets taken off me i can recover it i ask for a mm to set recoveries then for me to delete the recoveries without any of the recoveries and see if i can delete them. If this works then i can know that i can get the account back. Not many people let me do this so they are the scammers as they won't supply all the info

 

Even if you are given the right information which makes you able to recover the account you and the owner then enter a war for the account and then jagex check ips and ask the new owner of any significant isp changes and anything else that may be able to help them attempt to prove that they own the account.

 

To answer your question bluntly: NO, there is NO way at all to assure they will not be able to recover it.

There's stories of people getting back accounts with members, recovs and a changed pass just from beeing on the "original" i.p. adress.
