Really 500m? You guys price Earth @ 3b but alien at 500m LOL. Dude dont sell it for anything less then 1.5b.

 

I never PCed Earth near that high. And PCs are subjective. It varies from person to person. Looking at it again, 500M+ rs3 still seems about right for the standard market. That's not to say someone who is obsessed with aliens wouldn't pay a lot more.

 

I agree with Dunworry, 500m+ for Alien sounds about right to me. Price checks are subjective and we try to value names at the price to the general consumer. I'm sure there's something out there who would pay more, it's almost the case for any name. But finding the right buyer could take weeks, months, years, depending on how niche it is and eventually holding onto it for a premium price doesn't pay off for the effort expended when you can just sell it right here and now for a lower price with ease. Every name I've sold here I sold for more than it was appraised for, but only because I spend weeks/months trying to market it to the right buyer. Not everyone has the time to do that.
