Yes I do. Even though I'm not afro, I am still offended by the terms of that word. Just like any of the other words, chigger, wigger, cracker-boy, whitey, jap, and other racist terms. I let it go anyway.

 

im not offened(im white) but i have black friends that dont get offened unless its used as a racial slur towards them.

Well, I'm white so no duh it doesn't offend me, but I've noticed it's usually the way its said, not just that it is said. If I walked up to one of my black friends and said "Whats up my nigga?" They wouldn't care because I wasn't using it in an offensive way. That's just from my experience though.
