I'm thinking about getting back into RS and maxing out an account. Does anyone know if the 6 hour afk NMZ thing is still viable or are there any other afk methods? I heard there was an update that logs you out but can you still click at random intervals and stay logged. I realize this is considered macroing but if anyone has done it recently or is currently doing it lmk.

 

The 6hour logout due to being in combat was changed to 20minutes.
So if you click once every 19~ minutes at least, then you're fine.

Without using some sort of macro or autoclicking method, the days of being able to log in, start guthans and leave your computer for 6 hours untouched are gone. ^_^

 

You can set a click interval on the run button I believe it works.

 

If you ever need a solid random interval mouse clicker, let me know. You can autoclick and afk guthans, yeah.

 

as everyone else has stated, you would need an autoclicker to stay logged in, but there's always the chance of getting your account banned

 

Don't use any macro program. It's definitely not worth the risk. Just afk it while doing something else.
