After getting scammed I googled his skype username "kozakoc scammer" and got the following results:

If you google his skype display name "Frankiedeckard scammer" you get some interesting results:

Right off the bat the first youtube video is of a skype conversation between him and his victim. Then you have the same l2sublimity results, which directly link frankiedeckard and kozakoc together. Then when you look at the third to last result, it's a post he made in a carding forum...which is not only highly illegal but grossly unethical. Just in case he sees this and decides to take down the post I have taken a screenshot:
