Dogs was accused of scamming here, with the skype display name "King G0".

When you search on skype, there's only one user with that name, the skype Goldenz0 as seen here:

This significantly reduces the possibility that it was anyone but Dogs, especially considering Dunworry has confirmed over skype that Dogs and GoldenZero are of a similar location. There is additional evidence as well, however.

Syrup posting the skype goldenz0 on a MM thread claiming he was trading with it a few nights ago, however no confirmation of a trade taking place was ever made by any party, the MM included:

Which goes perfectly with this post where Syrup posted on the thread of "Dogs" claiming he abandoned their trade after he attempted to bring in a middleman.

There is not one, but two instances suggesting he is the owner of this skype conversation. "Dogs" hasn't posted his skype anywhere and neither had "Radid" who was scammed by him and supplied his skype to Dogs via PM- meaning that an impostor's involvement is very unlikely. Dogs also has a location match to GoldenZero who has a solid tie to the accused skype account.

This should be more than enough to warrant a ban on GoldenZero/Dogs which would require him to provide evidence he was impersonated, as he confirmed he was 'King G0' as seen in the report above. A ban certainly seems needed as it's obvious he scammed "Radid" and it's best to get rid of him before he's allowed to scam/attempt to scam anyone else:
