There is only a wait time for the first time buyers. When you make a purchase it usually is not a long wait unless;

A) You provide us with fake personal information upon registration.
B) Do not have matching information with your payment instrument.
C) Using a proxy or VPN upon checkout.

If you do not do any of those the wait time is little to nothing and then after the first time if everything is smooth you become what we call an established buyer and exchanges become near instant.
