Please have the Skype ID overlaying a bit of the text to confirm that's indeed the user you were speaking with.

Also, your Sythe PM leads to a picture of the Skype ID, not a Sythe PM.

EDIT: He is banned for ban evading; however, we'll still need those pictures to add to his ban reason so that if he ever wants to come back, he will need to refund you.
