Anyone else running into derankers a lot?

So I've played 6 games this week and 5 of them were against derankers, for some reason I'm versing derankers a lot more often now a days and it's annoying because it ruins the game. I actually want to play against valid opponents who try, not afk. I was SMFC and after the update I deranked to DMG, I'm back at LE but now I'm just versing trolls.

 

Honestly, I think there's a bunch of people who are sick of not being able to dominate due to the rank changes so they're deranking. What I've noticed is people that do good, but once they go like 1-6 they claim they're deranking.

 

Yea I guess so. It's just hard to play when people aren't playing serious, I play CS:GO because I love the competitiveness of MM. I guess I'll stick to Faceit and ESEA for now, at least until players adjust to the rank system changes.

 

What rank are you, in gold nova for the most part I get people that try. It's just that typically the games are super one sided every time...

 

LE now. My smurf is in MG (It's a bit harder to win as hard as I did in MG2 now though because most of them are DMG's now). I played 3 games today, won 2 lost 1. Haven't run into any smurfs today which was good, actually had fun playing.

 

Yeah that's why I took 2 weeks break...
