Known scammer Chris Kane. Same market interest (RSPS). Using a proxy to hide his home IP address (even has a proxy IP match with one of his banned profiles, Hifriend). If he logs on a home IP, it will match his usual one, the one mentioned in this report: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1917666-rspspk-07-a.html
The name H4ck3dG0ld also ties back to his report against Bus369, I imagine the account was originally intended to post another report against him but he decided to just use it to scam people instead.
