How safe is RWT? Who should I buy from?

Like title says, how safe is it to buy 2007 gp?

I thought about buying GP awhile ago (Look at my account creation date) but got a little freaked out by the scale of RWT going on here. Should I go with a seller who has like 6000 vouches, or someone who is more small time?

You'll most likely be fine buying from anyone; the buyer is rarely aimed at for the RWT ban. If you're sketched out, buy from someone smaller.

RWT bans are always aim at the sellers, not the buyers. Good luck!

 

Buying from anyone reputable on here is 99.99% safe in game. Obviously there's always a chance. But it's not like they're going to sell to you and then report you.

 

Don't buy for a Chinese sellers and don't tell anyone or brag that you bought gold.

If you want to be extra safe, trade during Jagex off hours.

 

i would recommend buying the gold on a friday night, also don't ever tell anyone in game that you bought the gold. For the most part buying it is pretty safe, jagex rarely targets buyers and instead usually uses the buyers to fish out the sellers.

 

Buying from trustworthy people (big businesses/big individual sellers) on here will obviously eliminate the risk of you being scammed, but won't eliminate the risk of you being banned for RWT ingame. Though the chances of you getting banned for RWT are very slim, there's always a chance. It all depends on the precautions you take when buying!

 

You can buy from me if you'd like, none of my customers have reported a ban, but that's not to say it's impossible to happen

 

I wouldn't really ever worry about getting banned for RWT unless you're doing lots of trades frequently as a gold merchant.
